Presentation guidelines
Oral Presentation
- Each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes long. A presentation should consist of 14-minute talk and 5-minute Q&A. The remaining 1 minute is spared for a speaker change. Punctual talks and discussions are most welcome.
*Please be advised to refer to the program uploaded onto the Conference web site. - PC Projector is available.
*Please be sure you have your appropriate adapter for connecting to a VGA cable for the projector. - Presenters are requested to bring and use their own PC for presentations.
Poster Presentation
1. Poster Session will be held at 15:10–17:30 on Wednesday 29 October
Presenters are requested to follow the schedule below.
Poster setting: 9:00–12:00
Display & Presentation (Presenter is requested to stand by the poster): 15:10–17:30
(Please see below for details about core periods.)
Detachment: 17:30–18:00
(Posters should be removed by 18:00, otherwise they are disposed)
*Poster session is held at Conference Room 101 and 102 on the first floor (ground floor).
*Presentation numbers are shown in the program on the Conference website.
2. Each poster is grouped into one of the two core periods.
The poster session is divided into the three parts:
- Core period 1: 15:10–16:10
- Coffee Break: 16:10–16:30
- Core period 2: 16:30–17:30
Presenters are requested to be standing by their posters during the core period into which their posters are grouped. Please see the poster session program to check your core period.
3. The size of panel (Height 210 cm Width 90 cm). Up to A0 poster size can be applied.
Presentation number is displayed in the upper-left corner of the panel. As for the size of panel, please refer to the following information.
